Which battery status do you choose?

The battery in your smartphone has a certain capacity that gradually decreases over time. All our Refurbished iPhones are specifically subjected to an intensive battery test. This is the only way to be sure that you will receive a smartphone with a good battery. However, we offer our customers the choice of a standard good battery or simply a 100% new battery .

Standard good healthy battery.

We test the battery for its capacity and functionality. A smartphone with a standard battery has a capacity of at least 85% , which means that the battery is actually still in good condition. A good battery does not need to be replaced and therefore not thrown away. You also get a 2-year warranty on the battery.

100% new battery

Want more than just a good battery? That's possible too! Choose a 100% new battery and make sure your battery lasts the longest! If you choose a new battery, your delivery may take a day longer.

Whether you choose a good battery or a 100% new battery, you will always enjoy a 2-year warranty on the battery of your refurbished smartphone. The warranty applies to the functionality. Over time, the capacity of a battery decreases. Reducing that capacity is of course not covered by the warranty.

As New A refurbished product with a 5-star rating looks almost as new. You can expect that you will see almost no traces of use on a refurbished iPhone, for example. The screen has no visible scratches, the casing looks excellent and has no dents or scratches. Very exceptionally, you may see a very light trace of use if you hold an iPhone up to the light, for example. You choose a 5-star refurbished device if you want your new device to look excellent. There may be light traces of use on the bottom of a MacBook, laptop or iMac, but not on the "visible" parts.

Very good. A refurbished product with a 4-star rating still looks great. The difference with a 5-star rating is that there may be one or more small inconspicuous scratches visible on, for example, the screen or the casing. Sometimes one small mini dent can give an otherwise perfect device a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating. Choosing a 4-star rating means that you are choosing a refurbished smartphone, tablet or laptop that simply looks very good. Moreover, you benefit from it, as they are priced even cheaper.

Good. A refurbished product with a 3-star rating has more obvious signs of use. Scratches on the screen and/or on the casing. Small dents or dents can also occur. Of course, the device is 100% technically in order. Here you know that you are getting extra benefit because the device already shows more signs of use.

RAM Content

VAT Class

Items may be subject to the Normal VAT scheme or to the VAT on the Margin scheme.

Standard VAT Scheme

There is a 21% (depending on country) VAT levied on an article. This is included in the price. For VAT-liable customers, this VAT is deductible from their VAT return.

What is VAT on the Margin?

There is no deductible VAT on products that are sold under VAT over the Margin. For consumers and non-VAT payers this does not matter that much. As a VAT payer it is usually more interesting to purchase a product according to the normal VAT scheme. However, the amount is 100% deductible as a cost.

Choose SIM card

All smartphones are equipped with an eSIM (a digital SIM card). Recent models are sometimes only equipped with an eSIM (eSIM only) and therefore do not have a physical Nano SIM. Depending on your operator, it is important to make the right choice. Depending on your smartphone, 4G or 5G is supported.
