Warranty period.
The warranty period that applies to the device is always stated on your purchase invoice. The warranty period applies from the purchase date on your invoice. Most Apple products have a standard warranty period of 2 years. Windows laptops have a term of 1 year.
Accessories have a warranty period of 6 months. The battery has a warranty period of 2 years, except for capacity reduction. Capacity reduction is normal for a battery: over time the battery wears out, meaning that it no longer lasts as long without recharging as it did at the time of purchase, just like a new device. If your refurbished device no longer works due to a completely defective battery, this is covered by the warranty.

Any defects or hardware-related faults that occur as a result of:
- Fall damage, Pressure damage
- Water damage
- Heating
- Improper repair by third parties
Also not covered by the warranty:
- Software related issues
- Viruses
- Installations
- A battery with reduced capacity
The warranty also expires if warranty seals are broken.
Back-ups and data recovery are not covered by the warranty. This will be charged separately if the customer so desires.
