It is of course easy to say that we bring the best Refurbished products to the market. That is why we explain here why we are convinced of this and why we can offer our customers one with certainty Premium Refurbished deliver product. We would like to summarize what this entails for you here.

Origin

In order to be able to offer high-quality devices, it is first important to know the origin of the devices. After all, there are many providers in the global market who use a different definition of refurbished than we use at Microforce. We call it recycling devices that are patched up, which means that you try to bring a dead or defective device back to life, try to turn 3 defective devices into 1 good one, or repair devices with inferior parts or of which certain functionality does not work, such as turning off the camera sound. (typical for smartphones from "sales region" Japan and Korea). Many of these devices come back from Asian recycling companies. Unfortunately, there are many suppliers who are putting such products back on the market, including in Europe.

We at Microforce don't! We only buy used devices in working condition, ex-demo, overstocks and liquidations.

We therefore only want to offer our customers Premium Refurbished of original quality. Read on to learn how we will check the functionality in the next step.

Control process

Once a device has arrived at our refurbishment department, it is subjected to a whole series of technical checks. On the one hand, advanced specific diagnostic software is used and on the other hand, our experienced technicians ensure a perfect check, data wipe, update and installation of all refurbished devices so that our customers are 100% sure of a perfectly functioning device. The battery is certainly also important. A new battery is often installed.

Warranty & Service

Because we are confident of the quality of the refurbished products we offer at Microforce, we provide a warranty of up to 2 years. If something should go wrong during or after the warranty period, we are always available at one of our physical sales and service points. to assist you. Since we manage everything in-house and are not dependent on third parties, we can always offer you as a customer the best and fastest service.

Everything about CPUs (Central Processing Unit) or processor

The CPU largely determines the computing power of your device. Laptops are mainly equipped with Intel processors. Macbooks come with both Intel and Apple M CPUs. We hereby provide brief advice on which processor might be suitable for you.

Intel CPUs

1. Intel Core i3

4. Intel Core i9
  • Usage: Enthusiasts and professionals who need maximum performance.
  • Features: Octa-core or deca-core processors and higher, with hyper-threading, very high clock speeds and large cache memories.
  • Performance: Ideal for high-intensity tasks such as 3D rendering, scientific work and high-end gaming.

Apple MacBook CPUs

Apple has introduced its own line of ARM-based processors for MacBooks in recent years, known as the Apple Silicon chips. Here is an overview of the main Apple Silicon chips and their differences:

Apple Silicon Processors

1.Apple M1

  • Use: In entry-level models of the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13-inch, Mac mini and iMac.

4.Apple M2
  • Use: In the latest generations of the MacBook Air and 13-inch MacBook Pro (from mid-2022).

BTW Klasse

Artikelen kunnen onderworpen zijn aan Normale BTW-regeling of aan de BTW over de Marge regeling. 

Normale BTW Regeling

Er is een heffing van 21% (afhankelijk van land tot land) BTW op een artikel. Dit zit in de prijs inbegrepen. Voor BTW plichtige klanten is deze BTW aftrekbaar bij hun BTW-aangifte.

Wat is BTW over de Marge?

Op producten die onder BTW over de Marge worden verkocht zit geen aftrekbare BTW. Voor consumenten en niet Btw-plichtigen maakt dit dus niet zoveel uit. Als BTW plichtige is het meestal interessanter om een product aan te schaffen volgens de normale BTW regeling. Wel is het zo dat het bedrag 100% aftrekbaar is als kost.

Bij producten met BTW over de Marge staat een "M" op het einde van de omschrijving vermeld. Op de factuur wordt de correcte wettelijke tekst vermeld.

Simkaart kiezen

Alle smartphones zijn uitgerust met een eSIM (een digitale SIM-kaart). Recente modellen worden som ook enkel uitgerust met een eSIM (eSIM only) en beschikken dus niet over een fysieke Nano SIM. Afhankelijk van jouw operator is het belangrijk de juiste keuze te maken. Afhankelijk van jouw smartphone wordt er 4G of 5G ondersteunt.

SIM/eSIM

Deze smartphones zijn zowel uitgerust met een fysieke Nano Simkaart als met een eSim en zijn dus geschikt voor alle operatoren.

ESim Only

Smarthones enkel uitgerust met een eSIM zijn niet geschikt voor alle operatoren. Hierbij een overzicht per land.
