Returns
We consider it a priority that you as a customer are satisfied with your purchased Refurbished device. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us statutory 14-day money back guarantee . But we go one step further.
We want all our customers to be convinced of their purchase. That's why we also offer an extra 30-day exchange service : if you are not completely convinced of your purchase within 30 days of purchase, you, both as a consumer and as a company, can choose a different refurbished device than you originally ordered. This additional 30-day exchange service applies to both online purchases and purchases in one of our points of sale.
Statutory 14 day return policy for consumers.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you as a consumer can return your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date and ask for your money back.
- You are a consumer (and therefore not a business customer). As a business customer you can exchange it if you are not satisfied with the appearance of the device.
- The device is in the same condition as it was delivered. (if not, a depreciation can be applied).
- The return request and the device must be received by us within 14 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.
- The packaging and all supplied accessories must be returned.
- Access codes, logins, iCloud data and other security must be removed from the device.
- Software, installations and other services are not covered by the right of return and therefore cannot be returned and refunded.
Extra 30 days exchange service.
Every customer can enjoy this additional service to choose another refurbished device within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can be made at one of our points of sale or via the returns procedure.
The conditions for using the 30-day exchange service are:
The device is in the same condition as it was delivered. (if not, a depreciation can be applied).
- The return request and the device must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.
- The packaging and all supplied accessories must be returned.
- Access codes, logins, iCloud data and other security must be removed from the device.
- Software, installations and other services are not covered by the right of return and therefore cannot be returned and refunded.
- The purchase price of the new device should be approximately in the same order of magnitude or higher. (For example, you cannot exchange a device costing €750 for a purchase of €100)
Of course, there is nothing more annoying than having your package delivered damaged. When shipping our products, we always ensure professional and sturdy packaging so that the risk of transport damage is minimal. Sometimes it is not clear whether the device itself is damaged in the packaging. In any case, it is very important that if you receive a package and notice damage to the package, you sign off with the courier with reservations. If you notice damage after opening the package, it is very important to report this to us within 12 hours of receiving the package.
My product has a defect within or outside the warranty period.
