The screen has no visible scratches, the casing looks excellent and has no dents or scratches. Very exceptionally, you may see a very light trace of use if you hold an iPhone up to the light, for example. You choose a 5-star refurbished device if you want your new device to look excellent. There may be light traces of use on the bottom of a MacBook, laptop or iMac, but not on the "visible" parts.
